We have a lease...! We will have our Lawyer and Broker review the lease and hope to have it signed by Wed. 7/21. Next up...we need to have a contractor build a dividing wall...and then an architect will design our store. It takes 6-8 weeks of construction to open a store! At this point we are hoping for end of October/Beginning of November soft opening!

THE Lease!
We have a lease...! We will have our Lawyer and Broker review the lease and hope to have it signed by Wed. 7/21.
