So, we learned a bit about port-a-potties this week. Apparently, when you 'rent' them they are set up on a
maintenance schedule that is reflective of how many people are using it per day. This is important to know...our Construction supervisor, Jerry, noticed that the dudes next door building out the restaurant were 'cashing in' on our rental...Not Fair says he. Too many people visiting the throne....so a lock was secured and now you need a key to....Get your own darn potty! HA.

This is the view from in the kitchen behind the machines!

A view of our POS station! (point of sale for those non-retail people)

It is the end of construction...week 3! There were many exciting changes this week...it really feels like a yogurt store now! Craig and I leave on Sunday for our yogurt school...Hope I learn more about yogurt than eating it! For those who have been to the COT in CA...for lunch on Monday....PCH. We will think of you all.
We are still waiting on the Mall....no surprise there. All good things are worth the wait?!
We are re-evaluating our financing options for our SBA loan...even in that business...people talk and promise and fail to deliver. Must mean there is something better around the corner....right? No stress whatsoever!
We remain focused on our goal...Thanks to everyone for their support!
